Octa provided project management for the design, construction and fit-out for the $33.4 million Westpac Arena.

With a clear span for the arena of approx 80m, this multi-purpose building is one of NZ’s largest indoor sports and entertainment venues.  Capable of seating up to almost 9,000 people (including 18 corporate suites), it provides approx 4,000m² of flexible flat floor space for a variety of event types such as sport (netball, basketball, tennis, indoor moto-cross and rodeo), rock concerts, trade-shows, exhibitions and gala dinners.
