Eden Park Stands & Floodlighting Upgrade

Octa prepared a long term strategy for the ground development, starting with the South Stand upgrade, floodlights and the new North Stand (completed in 2000). 

Octa also prepared a feasibility study for the Eden Park Trust Board which confirmed that the proposal was a sound and viable business proposition.  Octa used past records for the ground for local and international matches, corporate box financial data, cost information on membership and corporate functions and sales of advertising rights to show that the long term prognosis for a new stand was sound.
