Wellington's first five star hotel.  The largest hotel constructed in Wellington at the time and first to include helicopter pad access, heated swimming pool and gymnasium facilities.

Octa were initially engaged by the developer to provide specialist programming advice during the design phase of the development.  Following the contract award, Octa were engaged to provide full programming and monitoring services.  The $120 million project was successfully completed on programme to allow the soft opening of the hotel to take place as planned.
