This project involved the conversion and refurbishment of the former Housing Corporation building in Cathedral Square as a 5-star hotel for an overseas owner.  The hotel has 179 rooms (including suites and a penthouse apartment), five meeting rooms, gymnasium & sauna, restaurant and car parking.
