Weir House New Student Accommodation Building

The project involved construction of a new 3 storey accommodation building to house 52 students at the prestigious Weir House and provide 19 car parking spaces. The project included the extension of the existing dining, serving and dishwashing facilities and the creation of new conference facility in the existing Weir House building.

This project was fast track, had constrained site conditions, and existing facilities which had to be maintained on a fully operational basis during construction.

Octa delivered the project on time and within budget.
