Westlake Boys High School

Octa provided full project and cost management services to Westlake Boys High School.  The service included setting up and management of processes, methodology, procurement strategy, the construction process, cost reporting, statutory requirements and facilitating separate specialist trades such as audio visual and IT.

The project was made up of a modern 2000 seat Auditorium equipped for school and commercial needs, a double storey administration building and a double storey staff and student facilities building.

The three buildings were connected by the ambitious 'internal street' with suspended connecting bridges and the re-use of original native timber flooring, natural lighting and modern finishes.

This project was successfully completed within the agreed programme and cost plan.
