Octa’s role involved the integration of tenant requirements within the overall concept and function of a commercial technology business incubator.

Octa provided project management services to construct the building and fit-out of this concept technology and commercialisation facility in the University campus.  Our services also included developing and establishing property management systems and biotechnology incubator management.

The $8 million project evolved to incorporate the development of a commercialisation “hub” where industry and knowledge was able to coalesce.  The Centre building became secondary to creating an environment for applied research and “proof of concept” emerging technologies.
