This project involved the fitout of approximately 6,000 sqm on four floors of the West Wing of the Wellington Railway Station building. The development included 20 seminar rooms with audio visual capability, library and study spaces as well as offices.

The fitout needed to be integrated into a Category 1 Historic Building. The area was partially air conditioned with all services exposed to provide a greater floor to ceiling height as well as show off the original decorative plaster ceilings.

Octa provided comprehensive project management services to integrate the design and construction to successfully deliver this project.
