St Marks School

St Marks is an independent primary school with a roll of 245 children, and a unique character with music as a central theme.  The project involved firstly the development of a new library and four music suites.  Once this was occupied in July 2005, the second stage to build a new administration block was undertaken.

Octa’s input assisted the school through the RMA process and to appoint and brief the Designers.  The $2 million project was completed on time and within budget in December 2005.
