The 90MW Kawerau Geothermal Power Station is currently under construction.  Octa provides an external overview of the project development to MRP’s Project Steering Committee with the project due for commissioning in June 2008. 

Octa were also employed to review and assist in revising Mighty River Power’s policy on capital works projects and risk management.

Previously, Octa have also been engaged to review and assist in developing site specific Project Management Plans for a number of wind farm projects that could be used as a template for all Mighty River Power major capital projects.
