St Margaret's Hospital & Rest Home

This project involved the design and construction of 10 palliative care, 40 hospital and 40 rest home bedrooms with associated support facilities.  The hospital and palliative care were constructed as the first of two stages, followed by alterations to convert the existing hospital already operating on the site to a new rest home facility.

Construction activities were programmed and managed to minimise the disruption and allow Christian Healthcare’s existing hospital services to continue to operate throughout the project.
