This was a staged hospital redevelopment, where 80 beds were provided in a combination of new and refurbished buildings. 

Despite having the refurbishment of an existing building and the discovery of some level differences with existing floors, it all proceeded well and was completed on time.  The strategy determined by Octa enabled the progressive refurbishment of the facility with minimal disruption to their operations.

Octa provided comprehensive project management services that led Presbyterian Support Services through the designer selection, and subsequent design and construction processes.
