'Leap' Projects involve robotics and are driven by yield gains.  It has captured the interest of Meat & Livestock Australia, and through them Australian meat processors.  This has provided both significant R&D funding as well as potential future orders.  Recently, FRST provided significant funding through Technology and Business Growth (TBG).  This has enabled the ultimate vision of a $9m Future Boning Room project to commence.  X-ray vision and possibly grading are recent added features to this project.

Octa's role involves project management of the business objectives and relationship between the Processor and the Engineering Company.
