Global Technologies (NZ) Ltd

Since inception in Year 2000, Global Technologies (NZ) Ltd has adopted the Octa driven project management approach.  This concentrates on improved outcomes, achieved in a faster timeframe.  Octa have planned and been managing overall commercialisation strategies for traceability and animal derived nutritionals.  Based on worldwide food safety and toxicity issues, researchers have been studying traceability processes and applications for the development of next generation assurance systems.  Key inventions have been identified and developed to provide patentable concepts for new traceability products and procedure. 

Octa have been working with Global Technologies Ltd to define discovery-oriented activities from which potential concepts may be developed.  This project definition has provided the impetus to make application for Foundation of Research Science and Technology (FORST) funding.
