Over ten years ago, Octa were involved in the implementation of a Carcass Recording System.  This soon showed that as technology was extended into a meat works, it would be necessary to upgrade many interconnecting modules.

Octa’s work has been to facilitate and agree a programme for MIS upgrades each successive calendar year, and to monitor and chair a MIS Project Team that represents top management from each sector of the business.
