Ambulance Communications Project

The project encompassed the nationwide restructure and migration of ambulance emergency services communication traffic (111 calls) from 9 different call centres into 3 centralised Comms Centres in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Octa provided both project management and consultancy for this $15.5 million project which was successfully completed in February 2007.
