Sovereign House

Auckland

Octa were involved from the outset in the development of the business plan, commercial terms and design development for this $52 million project.

This 12,500 sqm leading edge office building was completed in August 2007.  The stunning design of the office space is based on employee well being, and an open corporate philosophy.   As well as using state of the art IT provisions, the Sovereign building exhibits two signature features, twin 22m tall vertical bellows style windows and multi service chilled beams that combine air conditioning, lighting, power, fire protection, p.a., IT runs and removes the need for any suspended ceilings, or major ductwork.
